Leo Babauta: grocery list

My current diet is fairly simple, keeping the shopping list fairly simple too:

  1. tempeh
  2. tofu
  3. greens: kale, spinach, broccoli, chard
  4. other veggies: carrots, squash, garlic, sometimes avocadoes
  5. soymilk & soy yogurt
  6. raw almonds & walnuts
  7. ground flaxseeds
  8. lentils
  9. apples & blueberries
  10. olive oil
  11. Plant Fusion protein powder (optional)
  12. B12 vitamin
  13. Deva Vegan Omega-3 DHA (every other day)
