Leo Babauta: grocery list
My current diet is fairly simple, keeping the shopping list fairly simple too:
- tempeh
- tofu
- greens: kale, spinach, broccoli, chard
- other veggies: carrots, squash, garlic, sometimes avocadoes
- soymilk & soy yogurt
- raw almonds & walnuts
- ground flaxseeds
- lentils
- apples & blueberries
- olive oil
- Plant Fusion protein powder (optional)
- B12 vitamin
- Deva Vegan Omega-3 DHA (every other day)
